International Logistics Coordinator

 Worldwide leader in the manufacture of heavy mobile machinery has a job opening for an International Logistics Coordinator. A minimum of a two-year degree (in logistics, sales or similar field), proficient Microsoft Office skills, customer service practices, and attention to detail are required. Previous technical experience is preferred. Responsibilities include reviewing production orders and proposals, communicating with customers on a daily basis, coordinating/managing international shipments and maintaining shipping compliance guidelines, delivery customs and regulations. Candidate should have a collaborative work style with the ability to work independently. The job will be in Huntington, West Virginia.

Minimum Requirements:

• Two-year degree in logistics, sales or similar field

• Previous Technical Experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, etc.

• Excellent Customer Service Skills

• Attention to detail

Job Duties will include:

• Processing production orders and proposals

• Entering sales data in spreadsheets

• Communicating with customers and other J.H. Fletcher & Co. personnel

• Coordinating/managing international shipments

• Familiarizing self with shipping compliance guidelines, etc.
