The fully-staffed Risk Management Department at Fletcher® focuses on potential design changes that could lead to improved operator safety. Our team continually evaluates potential areas for improvement: operator ergonomics, noise levels, dust, exposure to roof problems and more. The department investigates all major accidents and safety complaints to identify causes, and to review for unauthorized changes in machines that could affect their safety or performance.
We keep an extensive supply of operator's manuals, maintenance manuals, training materials, audiovisual aids, safety tags, etc. for customer use. On-site training is available on all Fletcher equipment.

In keeping with the philosophy of continuous improvement and Fletcher’s commitment to meeting the Voice of the Customer, we have established an online Customer Satisfaction Survey. Fletcher® will use your feedback to improve the quality of its products and services. As your time and opinion are highly valued, Fletcher® will reward (by random drawing) 10 lucky respondents per month.
