Worldwide leader in the manufacture of heavy machinery has a job opening for a Parts Department Representative. Two-year degree preferred, or equivalent work experience. A knowledge of AS400/computer skills, inventory and shipping methods is required. Knowledge of Fletcher equipment/parts is preferred. Must be able to work well in a customer/supplier relationship and meet deadlines under pressure. The job will be in the Parts Department in Huntington, West Virginia. 

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

Communicate with Fletcher vendors, customers, and distributors on a regular basis.

Record and process orders in AS400.

Provide quotations to customers.

Prepare order forms, shipping documents, invoices, and other paperwork.

Collaborate with shipping department to ensure parts are delivered in a timely manner.

Confirm delivery parts with customers.

Respond to customer complaints.

Fill after-hours emergency orders as needed.

Operate forklift to pull parts and load packages for shipment as needed.
