Our team continually evaluates potential areas for improvement: operator ergonomics, noise levels, dust, exposure to roof problems and more. The department investigates all major accidents and safety complaints to identify causes, and to review for unauthorized changes in machines that could affect their safety or performance. We keep an extensive supply of operator's manuals, maintenance manuals, training materials, audiovisual aids, warning tags, etc. for customer use. On-site training is available on all Fletcher equipment. To keep customers abreast of current developments, Fletcher publishes a newsletter, and customers are quickly notified of parts recalls, operating developments and more.
