3000-Series Remote Bolter
Fletcher 3000-Series bolter secures roof up to 35' high. Pre-load the carousel with up to 18 bolts. Drilling, resin insertion and bolting are all done from the heated/air conditioned operator's cabin. Install multiple bolts from each chassis set-up.
Can also be equipped with microprocessor drill & bolt control with roof
mapping capabilities. |

3100-Series Operator-Up Bolters
Fletcher 3100-Series models work in roof heights to 40'. Boom and heated/air conditioned cab are mounted on a turntable for maximum boom swing. Operator trams into position and drills from inside the cab, then inserts resins and bolts from the operator basket.
Inch tramming from lifting basket allows chassis to be moved from row to
row without exiting basket.

Model HDR General Duty Roof Bolter
Fletcher Model HDR is a general-purpose utility bolter especially suited to bolting in overcasts and falls that require bolting in heights over 8', up to 14'. Single boom lifts, swings and sumps for multiple installations from each chassis set-up. Operator platform has rib protection tubes.
Can also be crawler mounted.
