Information Systems Administrator/Technical Support Specialist

J.H. Fletcher & Co.™, a worldwide leader in the manufacture of underground mining machinery, has an immediate opening for an Information Systems Administrator/Technical Support Specialist. Minimum of 3 years professional experience preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in a computer-related major and/or related experience.

This position requires professional experience in the installation, diagnosis, repair, maintenance, and upgrade of all PC/server hardware, software, printers, scanners, mobile phones, tablets, firewalls, wireless and networking equipment. Previous CAD/Computer Aided Drafting support experience a plus (Siemen’s Solid Edge/Teamcenter).

This position requires the employee to troubleshoot technical support issues in person, by telephone, or via email, in a timely and accurate fashion and to provide end user assistance where required. Some after-hours/weekend support may be necessary to complete some tasks.

Heavy Equipment Mechanic in the Midwest

J.H. Fletcher & Co.™, a worldwide leader in the manufacture of underground mining machinery, has an immediate opening for a Field Service Representative in the Mid-Western region of the United States (Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, and surrounding states).

The skilled job will require expertise in electrical, hydraulics, troubleshooting and engineering. The territory will require the individual to live and work in the Mid-Western region of the U.S., preferably based in the central/eastern Iowa area. The job will require driving to underground mine locations in this region of the U.S. to service different types of Fletcher equipment, possibly up to 50,000 miles per year; company vehicle provided.

Machine training and experience in the operation and/or servicing of underground mining equipment is a plus. The applicant will be required to work irregular hours and complete jobs within specific deadlines.
